Located a half mile from Decatur's downtown and Nelson Park, the Clokey Park neighborhood offers affordable living opportunities, convenient businesses and services, and accessible amenities without the necessity of a vehicle. The neighborhood is located along the Airport, St. Mary's and Lost Bridge/East Walmart  Decatur Public transit bus routes.

Clokey Park Neighborhood Association works with Dove Community Services, the City of Decatur, the Coalition of Neighborhood Organizations (CONO), and other agencies and groups for the improvement of the Clokey Park Neighborhood.

The Clokey Park Neighborhood boundaries are Jasper on the West, Eldorado St. on North, 22nd on the east, Wood street on the south in Decatur, IL.
